## Who looks after your data

The data collected through codez.ro is controlled by me, Gabriel Fratica, as a private individual. For any question or request about your data, email [email protected].

## What I collect

Through the contact form I collect your name, email and message. I use them only to reply to you.

## Who I share it with

Messages are sent through Resend, an email service, and the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. I don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.

## Cookies

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

## How long I keep it

Only as long as our conversation or contract needs it. After that, I delete it.

## Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or limit how it’s used. Just email [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
