Supervised AI workers, not autonomous agents

I reframed my AI agents project around one idea: the agent does the work, a person approves it.

What I built

Not code this time, a decision. The project started as an “AI agents agency”. I reframed it as supervised AI workers: agents that handle one repetitive workflow end to end, with human approval, logs and memory, and that get better over time. This is the idea behind Eveo.

What I learned

The market is loud about autonomous agents, but most businesses don’t want a bot making decisions on their behalf. They want the heavy lifting done and to keep the judgment calls. “Supervised” isn’t a limitation, it’s the feature.

The second lesson: start with real deployments and case studies, built from workflows I already know, before building a platform. A catalog of agents comes later, once a few of them have proven themselves.

What’s next

Pick the first showcase worker and scope a small pilot around it.
